TALENT/BUSINESS MAPPING

Business Intelligence projects are undertaken for a variety of reasons, including the following:

A typical Business Intelligence project is split in to two phases. The first phase includes the identification of all relevant names, titles, areas of responsibility, contact details and reporting structures within the predetermined target organisation(s). Once completed, a detailed Search Identification Report is issued to the Client.

The second phase involves direct contact with those individuals identified to obtain other Client requested information. This may include salary and package details, loyalty factors, career history, aspirations and frustrations. At the end of this second phase, detailed Response Reports and/or Candidate Profiles are submitted to the Client along with an overall Search Analysis Report.
