– although in reality there’s more of a career lattice with people moving laterally as well as vertically – though seldom backwards!
Our Researchers are the heart and soul of the business. The people who make us tick. In line with our belief in career development there is a clearly defined progression from Executive to Consultant and then through to added responsibility as a Partner or Director. That said, our culture rejects ‘hierarchy’ so lines of communication are open and direct between all roles in the business.
Primary responsibilities involve undertaking online and telephone based research activities to uncover fantastic people or nuggets of information that will help our clients make better people decisions. So there’s lot’s of web searching, talking to people, analysing information, creating reports and talking to clients about our findings.
We’re keen to speak to both graduate-calibre individuals with enquiring minds who are new to the industry as well as experienced professionals looking to develop wider skills in a more progressive environment.
Building positive on-going relationships with new and existing clients is at the forefront of our sustained growth. Our Client Partners are also the spearhead of our consulting and advisory solutions. So these roles are a rare mix of sales, client management and practitioner support.
We’re a small team that doesn’t believe in a large central services that don’t directly support client activities – so the people we do have in finance, hr, IT and admin are all the more important to us.
