A warm welcome from the Executive Chairman

Having built Write Research Group into the number 1 talent research and organisation consultancy in a little under 10 years.


We wanted to share our ‘ups and down’ of performance improvement through talent research and intelligent organisational design.


We understand the arguments between the theorists and strategists. We have witnessed at first hand the intense discourse between the academics, consultants and HR professionals.
We wanted to build an organisation that could quickly adapt to the unprecedented changes both in terms of talent management and organisational design.


We realised that strategy could only be implemented effectively through collaboration with our people – we realised that strategy and leadership was only part of the performance improvement jigsaw.


We created Write Research² – our performance improvement framework – to improve our organisation for our clients, people and suppliers.


At the core of Write Research² is ‘talent excellence’ which provides a clear framework for attracting, recruiting and retaining the best people.


‘Talent excellence’ creates the organisational culture for ‘operational and functional excellence’. This in turn develops ‘sustainable continuous improvement’ The desired outcome is ‘absolute competitive edge’.


Our services are further underpinned by our passion for research and innovative ideas.
Our clients’ organisations are in state of intense change. The global economy is now interlinked like never before. The downturn told us one thing – competitive advantage must become absolute – nothing less will do.
