2001 - The Write Research Company is founded by entrepreneur Glen Hall with the intention of creating a viable alternative to expensive head hunters and recruitment agencies.

 

2002 - Write Research Foundation established to support charities dedicated to the welfare of Children.

 

2003 - WRC expands beyond regional roots with significant client wins among FTSE businesses. Moves to larger premises.

 

2004 - Write Research Talent Academy founded to develop and grow our expanding team.

 

2005 - New offices opened in Newcastle and Leeds.

 

2005 - Smart Public established to respond to growing demand from Public and Not-for-Profit sectors.

 

2005 - Write Research Group created to reflect growing diversity of our research activities.

 

2006 - WRG wins prestigious business award sponsored by the British Chamber of Commerce.

 

2006 - New office opened in London.

 

2007 - Write Insight launched to develop wider capability to deliver organisational insight as a new approach to improving organisational effectiveness.

 

2008 - Having delivered solutions for over half the FTSE 100, the appointment of an Executive Chairman and Managing Director consolidates the growth of the business.

 

2009 - Volume of international assignments exceeds the number of UK projects for the first time.

 

2010 - Long-standing Business Intelligence service offering rebranded as Talent Intelligence to reflect changing client needs.
