Due to our ongoing expansion, we wish to appoint a dynamic Business Unit Director to join our vibrant Client Delivery division. Reporting to the Group Managing Director, this position will carry responsibility for the management and development of a high calibre team and will lead senior level research projects and business intelligence assignments for a prestigious client portfolio; additionally you will have a crucial role to play in repeat business generation and up-selling and cross-selling activities.

ideal candidates will be confident "go-getters" with a high work ethic and outstanding leadership qualities. You will be degree qualified with a proven track record - either in an executive research, recruitment/resourcing, HR or B2B senior account management function. Alternatively, you may be operating in a leadership role within a fast paced professional services environment and be ready for a different - and significant challenge.

Due to our ongoing expansion, we wish to appoint at least two Account Managers to our vibrant Client Delivery team. Each will manage senior level research projects and business intelligence assignments on behalf of a prestigious client portfolio; and additionally carry responsibility for repeat business generation and up-selling and cross-selling activities.

Ideal candidates will be degree qualified with a proven track record of relevant experience, either in an executive research, recruitment or classic account management role. Alternatively, you may be operating in a fast paced call centre/telesales/market research /advertising agency environment and be ready for your next career step.
