D&I in Talent Acquisition – Singapore

D&I in talent acquisition

Write Research invites you to a workshop on D&I in talent acquisition – building the business case and overcoming common barriers.

Many organisations tell us they are not reaping the full benefits of diversity and inclusion strategies. The common barriers we come across are that D&I is seen as a compliance issue, or a gender issue, perhaps its misunderstood by employees, or lacking active buy-in from senior leaders.

Impactful D&I is brought about by simultaneously effecting change to process and to culture. In order make this change happen, you need to have a complete understanding of current perceptions of D&I in your organisation from the talent you want to attract.

In this workshop, Managing Director of Write Research, Alison Ettridge will explain how the use of market intelligence can boost your organisation’s progress towards becoming a diverse and inclusive workplace.

In this session you will learn about:

  • Measuring perceptions of your organisation in relation to D&I
  • Putting in place talent acquisition strategies that embrace D&I
  • Using business intelligence to build the D&I business case
  • Targeting specific populations in talent pipelining and talent acquisition

This workshop is aimed at talent acquisition, HR, recruitment and D&I professionals.

Improving and accelerating D&I through talent acquisition, talent pipelining and succession planning, will help to build a more inclusive and agile workplace that attracts, engages and retains the best talent.

When: Thursday, 15 September 2016 from 08:30 to 11:00 (SGT)

Where: The St. Regis Singapore – 29 Tanglin Road, Singapore, 247911, Singapore
