Following a full briefing from the University’s Registrar & Secretary and the Director of Human Resources and Staff Development, a target list consisting of 60 universities in the UK and Australia was agreed. Relevant individuals were then identified at Director level as well as their direct reports. The names of those individuals already known to the client were subsequently rejected before formal approach work commenced. In total, 68 individuals were approached for the role and 29 CVs were received. A long list was compiled and from this four candidates were invited to interview. An appointment was then made.

individuals within these organisations were then identified. The names of those individuals already known to the client were rejected before formal approach work commenced. In total, 13 individuals were approached for
the role. Following long listing, four candidates were invited to interview. An appointment was then made.

Following a full briefing given by the University’s Head of Campus Services, a target list consisting of 70 public and private sector organisations was agreed. Relevant individuals were then identified. Following the
presentation of the Identification Report, the names of those individuals already known to the client were rejected prior to the commencement of formal approaches. In total, 60 individuals were approached for the
role and eight CVs were received and five people were interviewed by the client, one returning for a second interview before an appointment was made.

total, 59 individuals were approached for the role, 12 CVs were received and six were forwarded to the client. Four individuals were subsequently interviewed and an appointment was then made.
