Following a briefing by the PLC Chief Operating Officer, a Target List consisting of thirty major Engineering Groups was agreed. Relevant individuals were then identified at Divisional and Major Site level. Names of individuals already known to the Client were subsequently rejected before formal approach work commenced. In total fifty two individuals were approached for the role and fifteen CVs were received. Nine were forwarded to the Client. Five candidates were subsequently interviewed and two returned for second interview. An appointment was then made.
Client: Major High Street Retailer
Role: Regional General Manager
Salary: £80,000
Cost: £8,625+VAT for 15 days Research
The Assignment Brief was emailed to us by this well established Client and a Target List was agreed verbally. The Target List consisted of twelve major retailers and the requirement was then to obtain the names of all Regional Managers and certain Area Managers in each Target Organisation. The Search Identification Report was submitted and approved immediately. Thirty seven individuals were then approached and CVs were forwarded as they were received. Candidates were interviewed by the Client as we were still approaching other individuals. An appointment was made from the second candidate interviewed.

Role: Brand Team Physician
Salary: £90,000
Cost: £11,000+VAT for 20 days Research
Following a briefing from the Medical Doctor, Oncology a Target List consisting of 35 organisations was agreed (including pharmaceutical competitors, NHS & Academic Research Institutes across Europe). Relevant individuals were then identified. Names of individuals already known to the Client were subsequently rejected before formal approach work commenced. In total sixty two individuals were approached for
the role and thirteen CVs were reviewed. Ten were forwarded to the Client. Five were subsequently interviewed and two returned for second interview. An appointment was then made.
